Hofstadtax heeft de jaarlijkse controle voor het TX-keurmerk goed doorstaan<\/h4>\n

Keuringsinstantie Kiwa Nederland\u00a0uit Rijswijk heeft op 19 juni jl. een bezoek aan de De Hofstad Taxicentrale gebracht om alle taxi’s en chauffeurs te inspecteren en te toetsen of aan alle eisen voor het TX-keurmerk wordt voldaan.<\/p>\n

Zo moeten de taxi’s schadevrij en\u00a0degelijk onderhouden zijn. Daarnaast wordt samen met de chauffeurs gekeken of alle papieren van de taxi aanwezig en geldig zijn, zoals de APK keuring en het ijkrapport van de taxameter. Alle chauffeurs moeten jaarlijks een verplichte cursus volgen waarbij alle verkeers- en taxiwetgeving wordt opgefrist. Om het jaar moeten alle chauffeur een cursus Eerste Levensreddende Handelingen volgen. Verder wordt met de chauffeur nog een kort gesprek gevoerd over alle regels waarvan hij zonder meer van op de hoogte moet zijn, zoals het niet roken in de taxi en het verbod om een klant met een blindengeleidehond te weigeren.<\/p>\n

Op kantoor\u00a0controleert Kiwa of\u00a0alle alle verzekeringen in orde zijn en of alle belastingen en premies netjes zijn afgedragen aan de verschillende instanties. Daarnaast\u00a0wordt er samen met de kwaliteitsmanager van Hofstadtax gekeken hoe het is gesteld met de klanttevredenheid en hoe eventuele klachten worden afgehandeld.<\/p>\n

Alles was prima in orde en Kiwa heeft een nieuw TX-keur certificaat uitgereikt.
